Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage modern data center network infrastructures based on Spine-Leaf architecture, SDN, and ACI technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in VXLAN/EVPN, Fabric design, and network automation, with a proven ability to ensure high availability, scalability, and security across hybrid and enterprise-grade environments.

key Responsibilites:

• Design and implement modern data center topologies based on Spine-Leaf architecture.

• Deploy and manage overlay networks using VXLAN and EVPN.

• Design and maintain software-defined network (SDN) fabrics such as Cisco ACI, ensuring scalability and flexibility.

• Configure and maintain Fabric Extenders (FEX) to optimize access-layer operations.

• Collaborate with the Security team to apply micro-segmentation and Zero Trust network architectures.

• Coordinate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless connectivity across CI/CD and Hybrid Cloud environments.

• Manage full Change Management lifecycle, including:

  • Preparing and reviewing RFCs (Request for Change)

  • Assessing risk and impact on services

  • Creating Change Plans and Back-out Plans

  • Participating in CAB meetings

  • Conducting Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) and maintaining detailed documentation

• Contribute to High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) design and execution.

• Troubleshoot and analyze network incidents across layers L2–L7.

• Automate configuration and change processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

• Develop and present periodic reports, including:

  • Network performance and capacity status

  • Change and incident reports

  • Root cause analyses (RCA)

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network or data center engineering.

• Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF, ACI, SDN, and FEX.

• Solid understanding of Overlay/Underlay networking and Fabric design for large-scale environments.

• Hands-on experience with Change Management and Incident Management based on ITIL frameworks.

• Familiarity with monitoring, reporting, and dashboarding tools.

• Proficiency in Automation (Ansible, Python, REST APIs) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.

• Knowledge of Load Balancing, QoS, DNS, NAT, and VPN technologies.

• Understanding of Network Security, Zero Trust, and Micro-segmentation principles.
