Role Overview:
We are looking for a Campaign Management Specialist to join our marketing team and take ownership of planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns. This role plays a key part in increasing brand awareness, promoting Tapsi Garage services, and driving engagement and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and seasonal marketing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including creative briefing, budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and run social media campaigns (including influencer marketing).
- Partner with the social media team on content production.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, Google Tag manager, etc.).
- Lead end-to-end performance measurement, from ongoing tracking to post-campaign reporting, turning insights across CPO, CPA/CAC, CTR, conversion rate, cost, and overall return into actionable, prioritized improvements.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for media planning and execution.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand tone, company objectives, and target audience preferences.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, promotions, and partnership campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in campaign management, preferably in an automotive or service-based company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, campaign automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in English and Farsi (written and spoken).
- A proactive, creative, and collaborative attitude.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Background in automotive, ride-hailing, or mobility-related industries.
- Familiarity with Google Looker Studio, or similar marketing analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL for basic querying and simple analysis.
