We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in Python and FastAPI to strengthen our team. 

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a backend developer
• Strong proficiency in Python and proven experience with FastAPI in production environments
• Solid hands-on experience with SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL
• Strong background in API design
• Familiarity with Redis for caching, task queues, or async operations
• Experience designing, scaling, and debugging Modular Systems
• Experience using Celery for background and periodic tasks
• Strong understanding of Observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and testing best practices

 

Expected Skills:

• Ability to ensure observability and high-quality testing in all deliverables
• Strong in prioritization, managing dependencies, and dealing with ambiguity
• Result-driven with a focus on delivering shippable impact and value regarding defined deadlines

 

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka
• Exposure to system architectures and system design
• Prior involvement in product-driven development
• Familiarity with BPMN softwares
