We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and data-driven HR Generalist with a strong focus on Technical and Product recruitment.
This role combines end-to-end recruitment responsibilities for Tech and Product teams, including employee engagement, reporting, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in Tech and Product departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and team goals.
- Write and publish clear, engaging job descriptions tailored to technical audiences.
- Source and attract top talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, tech communities, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess both technical understanding and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interview stages, gather structured feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize the ATS for efficient pipeline management, reporting, and data accuracy.
- Present regular hiring metrics, insights, and trends to management.
- Negotiate offers and manage closing processes with professionalism and clarity.
- Build and maintain a long-term talent pipeline for critical roles.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
- Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration for new hires within Tech & Product teams.
- Assist in HR documentation, internal communications, and process updates.
- Contribute to engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and retention.
- Handle HR administrative tasks with confidentiality and accuracy.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze recruitment and HR data (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance, attrition).
- Provide insights on hiring performance, workforce trends, and structure optimization.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Internal Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with Tech, Product, and HR leadership to align talent acquisition with business priorities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical hiring practices.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture across departments.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in fast-paced tech or startup environments.
- Proven success hiring across Tech and Product functions.
- Experience with ATS systems and HR platforms.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of modern sourcing strategies and employer branding.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Familiarity with HR operations, documentation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in English (preferred).
