AI Engineer

As our AI hire, you will be the subject matter expert, the lead researcher, and the hands-on

The Opportunity:
• Architect our AI Strategy: Design and implement the entire R&D roadmap, from initial
research to a production-ready system.
• Be the Hands-On Pioneer: Personally lead the development, training, and deployment.
• Establish Best Practices: Define the standards for AI development, data governance, and
model validation for the entire company.
• Serve as the Visionary: Act as the company's primary expert on AI, educating
stakeholders and guiding strategic business decisions with your technical insights.
• Grow the Future: Lay the groundwork to build and eventually lead the AI R&D team as

Core Technical Expertise:
• 3+ years of experience in hands-on AI/ML algorithm development.
• Fluency in Python and its core AI/ML ecosystem (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging
Face).
• Deep experience in signal processing, modeling, and advanced feature extraction
techniques.
• Familiarity with GPU acceleration (e.g., NVIDIA CUDA).
• Exposure to MLOps tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines, data
preparation).
• Demonstrated experience working with LLMs and natural language processing
frameworks, as well as an interest in agentic AI.
