At Azki’s Data Team, we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist — a responsible and skilled problem-solver who can turn complex data into AI-powered solutions and data-driven products.


Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (data, product, engineering, and business stakeholders) to design and deliver data science and AI projects.
• Build reliable end-to-end data science and machine learning pipelines with automated deployment, real-time monitoring, and robust evaluation metrics.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to measure the impact of models, product changes, and business initiatives.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search systems to enable efficient knowledge retrieval across structured and unstructured data.
• Design, build, and maintain LLM-powered agents and workflows with tool integration, memory, and API calls to solve real problems in Azki’s product domain.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, with the ability to write clean, modular, maintainable, production-ready code.
• Solid knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning methods.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications and agent orchestration tools such as LangGraph.
• Experience deploying models at production scale using Git, Docker, Airflow, Kubernetes.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with databases such as MySQL and ClickHouse, along with analytics tools like Metabase and Trino.

Preferred/Optional Skills

• Experience with real-time voice processing, including speech recognition, transcription, or audio feature extraction for ML applications.
• Familiarity with Vision-Language Models, including multimodal tasks such as image captioning, visual question answering, or integrating visual understanding into LLM applications.
• Experience in mentoring and supporting team members in their career growth, including close collaboration and pair work to improve project outcomes.
