Job Description

At Haf Hashtad, we are looking for a driven and creative individual to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing activities aimed at boosting sales and user engagement across all tourism services. This role requires close alignment and collaboration across marketing, product, content, and both digital and offline advertising efforts to ensure a unified and effective go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

 Product Planning & Management

  • Continuously monitor product performance (app, website, landing pages, forms) from a marketing perspective and provide feedback to the product team to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.

  • Track user behavior across different service touchpoints and suggest enhancements to improve the user journey.


Marketing Tools & Data Analysis

  • Regularly analyze key tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to identify weaknesses and opportunities in organic acquisition and user behavior.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports based on key performance indicators (CPC, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, retention, etc.).

  App Marketing

  • Monitor activation and re-engagement campaigns for the app.

  • Manage and plan in-app banners and splash screens.

  • Design and send targeted push notification campaigns.

  Content & SEO Management

  • Define SEO-driven content structures for tourism services.

  • Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to implement effective and optimized landing pages.

  • Regularly check keyword rankings, organic click-through rates, and crawl issues.

  Digital Advertising & Google Ads

  • Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) aimed at promoting travel services.

  • Continuously review ad reports and optimize campaigns based on ROI and conversion rates.

  • Execute PPC and other performance marketing initiatives and report on KPIs defined by the marketing department.
     Social Media Activities

  • Develop campaign calendars for social media aligned with product promotions.

  • Oversee the execution of organic and paid campaigns on Instagram, Telegram, and other relevant channels.
