Job Description

At Haf Hashtad, we are looking for someone who is skilled in performance marketing to plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition and retention campaigns across digital channels. This role involves managing ads, tracking key metrics, setting up automation flows, and creating dashboards to monitor user behavior. The ideal candidate is data-driven, familiar with app KPIs, and experienced in optimizing campaigns based on performance data and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute necessary activities related to click advertising, push notifications, banners, advertorials, and more, and provide reports based on predefined marketing department KPIs.

  • Familiarity with application performance indicators and the ability to design campaigns to improve and grow these metrics.

  • To ensure accurate tracking, establish the tracking infrastructure and thoroughly review app tracker reports to verify correct event execution.

  • Design events according to KPIs and key objectives of each marketing channel.

  • Review and test new website versions to ensure proper implementation of e-commerce functionalities and accurate execution of all events along with their values.

  • Create management reports using performance tools on data visualization platforms to control and monitor user behavior data.

  • To build effective marketing automation, establish the necessary infrastructure and implement retention-focused campaigns to drive ongoing engagement.

  • Design strategies and execute automation journeys, setting KPIs for each journey.

  • Design and create management dashboards to control and monitor activities related to retention marketing.

  • Test performance marketing channels in line with business goals and marketing plans (such as App Marketing, Google Ads, Ad Networks, Lead Generation).

  • Execute and design KPIs, targets, and budgets for campaigns.

  • Implement, monitor, and optimize scalable performance campaigns using established infrastructure.

Skills:

  • Full familiarity with KPIs in the field of Performance Marketing and the ability to identify and measure the correct KPIs for each step of the funnel relative to the campaign being run.

  • Mastery of the use of various digital advertising platforms.

  • Ability to dynamically plan budgets and orders based on traffic and conversion rates for relevant channels.

  • Proficiency in optimization methods and the ability to optimize based on data.

  • Creative, organized, persistent, and problem-solving capabilities.
