About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong foundation in AI tools, technologies, and token-based systems to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered products. This role requires a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to building and scaling AI-enabled solutions, while actively managing internal and external stakeholders, including an external employer/partner organization.

You will own the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch—with responsibility for product design, and cross-functional collaboration. Your leadership will ensure seamless communication between technical teams, design, ML, business development, and external partners to drive value and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product design and development of AI-powered features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Take full ownership of AI token strategy and usage, including cost optimization, metering, budgeting, and integration into product offerings.

Collaborate with external stakeholders/employers to gather requirements, align on goals, manage expectations, and ensure transparency in the development process.

Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, facilitating clear communication and alignment across all stages of the product lifecycle.

Work cross-functionally with engineering, ML, design, and business teams to define and execute on the product roadmap.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies (e.g., n8n, AI-Studio, LLM APIs) for innovation and efficiency.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and deliverables.

Define, monitor, and analyze product success metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Present product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal leadership and external partners.

Mentor junior product managers, instilling best practices for AI product development and stakeholder communication.

Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, and market developments to inform product strategy.

Qualifications:

5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role.

Proven success in delivering AI-driven products, with experience using tools like n8n, AI-Studio, or other automation/ML platforms.

Demonstrated experience working with external stakeholders, including enterprise clients, vendors, or partner organizations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority and manage cross-functional expectations.

Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management, agile development practices, and iterative product delivery.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Effective leadership and collaboration across diverse teams.
