About the Role
To identify and engage high-potential Instagram merchants — primarily in fashion — by understanding their sales needs and leading them through negotiation, contract, and activation. The role ensures a trust-based and efficient DM→Negitation→Contract →Activation process that converts merchants into long-term SnappPay partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and segment potential Instagram shops and merchants using internal wishlists and market data.
- Reach out via DM, WhatsApp, or phone to introduce SnappPay’s installment service and build trust.
- Negotiate commercial terms, collect documents, and finalize contracts with interested merchants.
- Manage the full onboarding flow until activation, coordinating with Support and Product teams.
- Record every lead and conversion detail accurately in CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
- Gather merchant feedback to refine scripts and improve conversion efficiency.
Job requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal + written).
- Familiarity with Instagram business pages, e-commerce platforms, and local social commerce dynamics.
- Proactive problem solver — able to identify issues quickly and provide practical, win–win solutions for merchants and internal teams.
- Disciplined in documentation
- Customer-centric mindset with resilience in handling objections.
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work under weekly performance cycles.
- Ability to handle wage situations
