About the Role

To identify and engage high-potential Instagram merchants — primarily in fashion — by understanding their sales needs  and leading them through negotiation, contract, and activation. The role ensures a trust-based and efficient DMNegitationContractActivation process that converts merchants into long-term SnappPay partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and segment potential Instagram shops and merchants using internal wishlists and market data.
  • Reach out via DM, WhatsApp, or phone to introduce SnappPay’s installment service and build trust.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, collect documents, and finalize contracts with interested merchants.
  • Manage the full onboarding flow until activation, coordinating with Support and Product teams.
  • Record every lead and conversion detail accurately in CRM.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets.
  • Gather merchant feedback to refine scripts and improve conversion efficiency.

Job requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal + written).
  • Familiarity with Instagram business pages, e-commerce platforms, and local social commerce dynamics.
  • Proactive problem solver — able to identify issues quickly and provide practical, win–win solutions for merchants and internal teams.
  • Disciplined in documentation
  • Customer-centric mindset with resilience in handling objections.
  • Teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work under weekly performance cycles.
  • Ability to handle wage situations
