The Fintech Finance Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Finance function within a fast-paced fintech environment. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee daily financial operations while driving the implementation of strategic initiatives and financial policies to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial systems, policies, and controls to enhance financial monitoring, risk management, and compliance
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and risk management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
• Lead process improvement initiatives by leveraging technology and automation tailored to the fintech industry
• Monitor financial performance and KPIs, providing actionable analysis and recommendations to senior management
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
