Position Overview
In Saraf app, we’re looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical, problem-solving, and
technical skills to support data-driven decision-making across product, technology, and business
teams. You will be responsible for transforming data into insights that drive product strategy,
improve performance, and enhance user experience. You will also act as a Business
Intelligence (BI) partner collaborating closely with tech, design, and product teams to identify
opportunities for growth, optimize product features, and ensure data accuracy and performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights
• Own the end-to-end analysis process from defining business questions to
• delivering actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior, product performance, and financial
• metrics.

Data Management & Query Optimization:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient SQL queries for data extraction and
• transformation.
• Familiarity with ETL process.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and
• ClickHouse.
• Handle and optimize complex data models independently

Reporting & Visualization:

• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Metabase, Power BI, or Python
• visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Develop automated reports for business stakeholders, ensuring data clarity and
• consistency.

Collaboration & BI Enablement:

• Partner with cross-functional teams (tech, design, and product) to integrate
• analytics into product development.

Automation & AI:

• Contribute to analytics pipeline automation and orchestration (familiarity with
• Apache Airflow is a plus).
• Explore and support machine learning workflows and MLOps processes when

• Strong data analytics mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven business understanding and ability to translate data into strategic and

• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL,

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, visualization libraries).
• Experience with Metabase, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools.
• Strong ability to design and write optimized SQL queries.
• Good understanding of data documentation and reporting best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, temporal io, n8n , etc.).
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and MLOps concepts is a plus.
