NYOP is a European deep-tech company defining the future of Environmental Intelligence for the hospitality sector.
We’re building the first integrated platform that connects smart sensors, AI analytics, and automation to protect guest comfort and operational efficiency in hotels, Airbnbs, and other living spaces.

You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary international team developing products that bridge hardware, software, and AI — from LegBelt pest-monitoring devices to the BioOps automation engine.

The Role
 
We’re seeking a Product Designer who can shape the entire visual language of NYOP — from app interfaces and icons to animations, logos, and social content.
You’ll bridge brand, product, and motion, ensuring every visual touchpoint feels consistent and alive.

This is an opportunity to define the look and feel of a company at the frontier of design × science × AI.

What You’ll Do

- Lead UI/UX design for both web and mobile experiences in Figma
- Build and maintain the design system (colors, typography, spacing, components)
- Create motion and micro-interaction assets using After Effects, Rive, or Lottie
- Design visual assets for social media campaigns, product launches, and presentations
- Collaborate daily with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Contribute to brand evolution — logo refinements, icons, and marketing visuals
- Work closely with the AI and data teams to visualize complex information elegantly
 
Who You Are

- 4+ years professional experience in product or brand design
- Strong portfolio covering UI/UX, motion, and brand identity
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Understanding of responsive design, design tokens, and handoff best practices
- Motion-design literacy: timing, easing, and storytelling through movement
- Bonus: experience designing for data or AI-driven applications
