Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Provide clear and inspiring briefs for creative, design, and content production teams.
- Manage multiple accounts (brands or projects) simultaneously with structured and goal-oriented planning.
- Lead and manage the social media team, including designers, copywriters, and admins.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (Engagement, Reach, CTR, Conversion, etc.) to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media strategy with overall brand objectives.
- Generate creative ideas for distinctive content and execute viral campaigns.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
