Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new merchants in key categories through research, outreach, and negotiation.
• Manage the full onboarding process of new merchants until their first successful transaction.
• Manage a portfolio of merchants to achieve long-term success.
• Keep close contact with merchants at every stage and respond to merchants’ queries via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
• Monitor merchants’ important metrics on a daily basis to provide them useful guide.
• Ensure that partners can sell with SnappPay without any problem.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting merchant relationships.
• Increase GMV of all merchants.
• Increase the order of merchants.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Accuracy and keen attention to detail.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Teamwork abilities.
• Educate and guide merchants on best practices, and onboard new merchants.
• Familiar with data interpretation (Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Metabase) and ability to prepare intermediate reports.
• Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Familiarity with financial technology (fintech) and payment systems.
• Familiarity with Contract Structure.
