About the Role:

The Senior Product Manager supports the Insurance team’s success by setting priorities, defining and discovering new ideas, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver real results, and managing core product responsibilities including ceremonies, backlog management, prioritization, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmapping – setting priorities and defining long-term vision.
• Product Discovery & Definition – identifying customer needs, shaping new initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management – aligning different teams and leaders around shared goals.
• Leadership & Team Collaboration – guiding cross-functional teams and preparing for tribe leadership.
• Data-Driven Decision Making – using metrics and insights to inform product choices.
• Domain Knowledge – understanding insurance products, regulations, and customer needs.
• Communication Skills – clear writing, storytelling, and presenting ideas persuasively.
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Agile & Product Development Practices – working with engineering, design, and operations teams.
• Customer-Centric Mindset – ensuring the product makes insurance simpler, better, and more valuable for users.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the product area.
• Having a data-driven approach to making decisions and leading product teams.
• The ability to follow the Scrum rules correctly so that we can meet the goal of each sprint.
• Owning the roadmap items and delivering them on the due date.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
