Responsibilities:

• Guide new and existing customers through onboarding, training, and best practices to ensure a smooth start. Help new and existing users to get the most out of our rapidly evolving product.
• Be a trusted and first point of contact: build strong relationships, understand customer goals, and help them achieve long-term success.
• Monitor account health and proactively manage churn risk and to drive upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Solutions Engineering and be the customers’ voice within the organization.
• Domain expert in their industries for Customer Product Scrutiny for Improvement Opportunities by our services.
• Care about all features that their customers use.
• Promote and fit new features to their customers.
• Investigate all customers needs and follow-up them.
• Daily data review of their customers.
• Renewal Management.
• Data Analysis and Reporting to customers regularly and gathering Feedback.
