We are looking for a Cloud Technical Product Specialist to sit at the intersection of product management. As a representative of the Cloud Tech Team, Cloud Technical Product Specialist will translate business needs into clear cloud technical concepts, steer product discovery and roadmap execution, and support customer-facing conversations alongside business and sales. This position will act as a product manager for selected services, leading UI/UX working sessions to ensure the user experience reflects technical realities, and producing both technical and business content. The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with cloud ecosystems (public and private), strong product sense, and the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Strong familiarity with major cloud ecosystems and common service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), including billing models and related business logics.
• Working knowledge of cloud architecture patterns: Multi‑tenant design, Microservices and Containers, Serverless, API gateways, IAM, Networking, Orchestration, Observability, etc.
• Ability to read and critique solution diagrams, deployment topologies, API schemas, and familiar with CI/CD concepts.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market sizing, and segmentation.
• Model unit economics and FinOps considerations (cost-to-serve, margin, scaling thresholds) and translate into roadmap trade-offs.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Build and iterate product roadmaps using data, customer feedback, and prioritization frameworks.
• Define MVP scope, success metrics, and experiment plans.
• Join first meetings with enterprise/cloud corporate customers with business and sales teams to drive discovery, solution shaping, and expectation setting.
• Prepare and deliver demos, technical deep dives, solution architectures, and respond to RFP/RFIs with clear scope/assumptions and effort sizing.
• Produce technical and business content (like solution briefs, whitepapers, FAQs, API docs, field playbooks, and internal release notes).
• Work daily with Cloud Engineering teammates, and drive technical backlog refinement, sprint planning, release readiness, and coordinate cross‑team dependencies (Program and Project Management team).
• Define and monitor Cloud products KPIs (adoption, activation, reliability, performance, cost), instrument usage analytics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Technical Product Specialist with hands-on involvement in product lifecycle.
• Strong cloud product management capabilities including product strategy, development, and enhancement.
• Ability to define and maintain a cloud product roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals.
• Familiarity with technical UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with design and engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and their business/technical implications.
• Skilled in conducting cloud market and competitive analysis to identify positioning and differentiation opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to align cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.
• Practical experience working with Jira و Confluence for agile product documentation and delivery.
• Ability to collaborate using product/design tools such as Figma و Miro.
• Hands-on understanding or experience with core cloud platforms and technologies such as OpenStack, Kubernetes و Cloud Storage solutions.
