Our Product team is growing fast — and we’re looking for a Principal Product Manager:
A visionary thinker, a strategic mind, and someone who’s passionate about building products that truly make a difference.

 What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and drive the long-term product strategy fully aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain a 6-18 month product vision focused on key growth and innovation opportunities.
• Translate market insights, user data, and competitive analysis into actionable strategies and hypotheses.
• Lead complex technical and product decisions in close collaboration with Engineering and Design.
• Own key and strategic product features — from concept to launch and performance evaluation.
• Craft high-level roadmaps and strategies balancing customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Monitor key product metrics (Usage, Engagement, Retention, NPS) and extract actionable insights from data.
• Support Product and Engineering teams with fast, well-informed decisions to remove delivery roadblocks.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Design, Development, Marketing, and QA.
• Champion a data-informed decision-making culture across the Product team.
• Mentor and support Senior Product Managers in developing strategic and product-thinking skills.

 What You Bring:

• Systems thinking and an end-to-end understanding of the product experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills using both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Ability to translate user insights into impactful product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to define and measure success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) for complex products.
• Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Productboard, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in leading products from ideation to large-scale growth.
• Deep understanding of product architecture, technical constraints, and the software development lifecycle.
• Strength in strategic prioritization and decision-making amid uncertainty.
