We’re looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about product quality. The ideal candidate will work closely with our technical team to ensure the stability and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities
● Troubleshoot and verify tasks marked as “Ready for Testing” on the board
● Reproduce and analyze issues reported by various teams, including Support
● Perform regular health checks to identify potential system problems
● Collaborate with developers to diagnose root causes and suggest improvements
● Work with Jira for task tracking and Git for reviewing code and changes
● Use tools like Sentry to review logs and identify runtime issues
● Understand system structure, including microservice architecture and data models
● Run queries and perform data checks using PostgreSQL
● Participate in team discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
● Use browser DevTools and API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia
● Document testing processes and report bugs accurately

Requirements
● Ability to handle simple to mid-level tasks independently
● Solid understanding of basic software development and design principles
● Familiarity with design patterns, best practices, and development workflows
● Proficiency with web debugging and API inspection tools
● Comfortable writing SQL queries in PostgreSQL
● General understanding of microservices architecture
● Strong problem-solving skills using Google, ChatGPT, and documentation
● Good communication and collaboration within a team environment
● Eagerness to learn and continuously improve

Nice to Have
● Experience writing automated tests for frequently used flows
● Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
● Experience with API test scripting
