Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager with expertise in global market penetration, data analysis, and education sector marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to expand product reach within the global education and language training markets. This role requires a proactive, data-driven individual with strong analytical and communication skills to drive growth and optimize marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies to promote products across various regions, focusing on the education and language training sectors.

Content Collaboration and Coordination:
Coordinate and set up meetings with content creators on YouTube to align content strategies with marketing goals and product positioning.

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, assess market demand, and define target customer segments.

Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring:
Analyze market data to determine effective pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional tactics tailored to specific regions.

Cross-Functional Campaign Collaboration:
Work closely with content creation teams to design impactful marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, contentmarketing, and paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).

Referral and Subscription Plan Implementation:
Develop and implement referral and subscription plans aimed at driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Performance Reporting and Strategy Optimization:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments for improved market penetration.

Market Trend Analysis and Competitor Monitoring:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and maintain competitive positioning.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is considered a strong asset.
2. Proven experience in global product marketing, preferably within the education or language training sectors.
3. Demonstrated success in conducting market analysis, segmentation, and customer targeting.
4. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
5. Exceptional communication skills in both English and French (bilingual proficiency preferred).
6. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and SEO.
7. Experience in implementing and monetizing organic marketing strategies in global markets.
8. Familiarity with content marketing strategies and coordination with content creators.
