The Role

The Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization platforms, storag, and enterprise services. This role ensures the stability, security, and performance of critical IT systems while providing troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage routing and switching configurations.
• Monitor and maintain network security.
• Administer and troubleshoot HPE servers.
• Perform routine server troubleshooting (hardware & OS).
• Manage and maintain Linux servers.
• Administer vCenter, VMware, and ESXi virtualization environments.
• Configure and maintain Cisco devices.
• Configure and maintain Mikrotik devices.
• Manage and monitor SAN/NAS storage systems.
• Set up, configure, and maintain firewalls.
• Administer backup solutions, including Veeam.
• Manage Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, replication).
• Support and maintain VoIP systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot email servers.
