This role is part of a high-priority initiative at Talaland, focused on scaling our gold-backed fintech platform and expanding its reach across users and partners.
The person in this role will take full ownership of the product side of this initiative and help design the next generation of product experiences and scalable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead the discovery and design of user journeys and core product features aligned with our business goals.
- Translate complex, operation-heavy business needs into digital-first, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and stakeholders to ensure delivery of end-to-end product experiences.
- Conduct data-driven analyses and experiments to test product-market fit and validate core assumptions.
- Contribute to a product culture centered on user value, experimentation, and measurable impact.
Competencies & Skills
- +4 years of product management experience, in platforms, marketplaces, or fintech domains.
- Strong ownership mentality.
- Expertise in product discovery, prototyping, prioritization frameworks, and roadmap planning.
- Expertise in product analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Interest in Fintech, investment products, and user experience.
