• Network Optimization:

Analyzing network performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize throughput, coverage, and overall network quality.

• Performance Analysis:

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing drive test data, and identifying potential issues using tools like NetAct, PNM, and Alcatel-Lucent OSS.

• Troubleshooting:

Investigating and resolving network issues related to connectivity and other performance degradations, often involving deep-dive analysis of network counters and traces.

• Parameter Tuning:

Configuring and adjusting LTE parameters related to power management, carrier aggregation, and mobility to enhance network performance.

• RF Optimization:
  

Conducting RF planning, design, and optimization tasks, including link budget analysis, propagation modeling, and antenna parameter adjustments.

• Knowledge of LTE Technologies:

A strong understanding of LTE architecture, protocols, and features, including FDD and TDD variants.

• Familiarity with OSS/BSS:

Experience with network management systems (OSS) like NetAct or similar platforms for alarm management, performance monitoring, and parameter configuration.

• Drive Test Analysis:

Analyzing drive test data to assess network coverage, identify areas with poor signal quality, and troubleshoot interference issues.
