Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in planning and running SMS marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, offers, and lifecycle messages.
• Work with customer segments based on behavior and preferences to support targeted marketing efforts.
• Operate on customer journeys for campaigns to improve communication and engagement.
• Manage campaigns in terms of user touchpoints to ensure a consistent and effective experience.
• Understand marketing automation concepts.
• Run A/B tests to improve content, timing, and overall campaign performance.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of E-CRM regulations and best practices.
• Ability to analyze customer data, including behavior, preferences, and engagement metrics
• Experience with marketing automation and personalization tools.
