clients. This is an opportunity to take ownership of critical backend systems built on a mature .NET 
Framework and SQL Server — an environment that supports large-scale, real-world financial operations. 
You’ll help enhance, maintain, and gradually modernize a robust production platform serving thousands 
of transactions daily.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs within an established .NET Framework 
and SQL Server environment. 
• Write and optimize stored procedures and complex SQL queries to ensure high performance and 
reliability across financial transactions. 
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Operations teams to translate business needs into 
scalable technical solutions. 
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks — from requirement clarification to deployment — 
ensuring accountability, clarity, and quality. 
• Participate in the gradual modernization of legacy systems, contributing to architectural 
discussions and migration planning. 
• Apply systematic and critical thinking to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose 
sustainable solutions. 
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving environment where reliability and 
precision are critical. 

Requirements:

Technical Skills 
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework development. 
• Solid understanding of software design principles (OOP, SOLID, Clean Architecture). 
• Proven experience developing Web APIs and RESTful services. 
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and query 
optimization. 
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum development practices. 
• Experience working in data-driven architectures supporting real-world financial or transactional 
systems. 
Nice to Have 
• Experience with older .NET technologies (e.g., .NET Framework MVC, Web Forms). 
• Exposure to BNPL, Fintech, or other high-volume financial service domains. 
• Experience with Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
