
We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to join our team — a results-driven professional who can effectively identify new business opportunities, convert leads into customers, and ensure smooth execution of the sales process from start to finish.
Drive sales by identifying and approaching new leads.
Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals.
Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to ensure conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Track sales activities and progress through CRM or reporting tools.
Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and increase market share.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or FMCG industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
High sense of ownership, responsibility, and teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
