Art & All is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Digital Marketing Generalist — someone who can think strategically while executing effectively across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (Social Media, Google Ads, SEO, Email, Content).
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with design, content, and advertising teams to develop cohesive and high-impact campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze audience behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital platforms and touchpoints.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, branding, and data-driven marketing.
- Proficiency in key tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEMrush (or similar).
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and strong collaboration skills.
