About the Role
The Scrum Master is responsible for creating and onboarding product/project teams, integrating them into the organization and providing a clear vision of the product. The Scrum Master also facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.

What You'll Do

• Facilitation: Lead Scrum events and ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Refinements, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and other necessary meetings.
• Communication: Promote effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Mentoring: Guide the team on Agile practices and principles.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles to team progress.
• Feedback and Escalation: Provide continuous feedback and escalate persistent issues.
• Team Protection: Shield the team from external disruptions.
• Continuous Improvement: Encourage and support ongoing team improvements.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report Agile metrics and maintain jira reports updated. 
• Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving team conflicts.
• Scrum Principles Adherence: Ensure compliance with Scrum practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to align on Agile practices.
• Release Planning: Facilitate release planning meetings and support estimation and risk management.
• Training: Provide Scrum and Agile training for the team and support the Product Managers and Associate Product Managers.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and Agile metrics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master preferred.
