 As one of the key players in Iran’s finance market and fintech ecosystem, Charisma Credits Company is expanding its services in Credit Solutions, Credit Scoring, and Digital Asset Management.

Job Summary
 
As a Product Manager (PM), you will play a key role in developing, delivering, and improving Charsima’s credit products. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with the Product, Tech and Design  Team to drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to execution. We’re looking for an analytical, structured, and growth-minded individual who can manage product processes with precision and persistence.


Responsibilities

Manage and update the product backlog for credit-related products
Track tasks and ensure timely delivery of outputs
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to align stakeholder and market needs and contributing on Product Roadmap
Analyze user feedback and contribute to improving product experience
Participate in sprint planning and execution within the Scrum framework
Document and maintain product-related processes and artifacts
 

 Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a product-related role
Solid understanding of product development, product lifecycle, and Scrum methodology
Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-team coordination skills
Experience in working and troubleshooting API/SDK
Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of IT products, especially in the Fintech ecosystem
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to personal and professional growth
Team player with openness to feedback and collaboration
 

Nice to Have

Experience in Fintech, Lendtech 
Familiarity with Credit Scoring, Collateral, Loan Management ,and related mechanisms
Technical knowledge in software development
Understanding of UI/UX principles
Experience working with tools such as Jira and Figma
