Software Testing Expert (QC)

Job Summary:

The Software Test Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our
software applications. This role involves designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive
testing plans, identifying defects, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail
Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Design:
•  Develop and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test
• cases.
•  Review and analyze system specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Test Execution and Reporting :
•  Execute manual tests to ensure the quality of software applications.
•  Identify, record, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
•  Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects and verify fixes.
•  Generate and communicate detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
•  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.
•  Suggest and implement improvements in the testing process and methodologies.
•  Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear
• understanding of requirements and expectations.
• Facilitate effective communication between the testing team and other departments.
•  Mentor and guide junior testing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
