DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure)

We’re seeking a hands-on DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to own and maintain our full systems environment. You’ll manage everything from production services and internal networks to CI/CD automation and observability tools. This is a high-impact role for a self-driven engineer who thrives on autonomy and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Linux servers (Debian), networks, and virtualization (ESXi/vCenter).
• Deploy and manage containerized apps using Docker and Docker Compose.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines on GitLab, including runners and automation scripts.
• Oversee databases (MariaDB, MySQL) and manage backups.
• Operate monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
• Support internal IT infrastructure (Mikrotik routers, OpenVPN, office systems).

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years in Systems Admin, IT, or DevOps roles.
• Strong Linux CLI and networking skills.
• Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting.
• Experience with Git and Docker.
• Solid problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Bonus: Experience with ESXi, SQL, Ansible, Liquibase, or Mikrotik.
