Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Google Ads campaigns and solid knowledge of SEO tools and Google Analytics.
The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, content, and design to ensure marketing strategies are fully aligned with business goals.

 
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max networks.

-Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to improve visibility and conversions.

-Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance to enhance CTR, CPC, and ROI.

-Monitor and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Dashboard, and other analytical tools.

-Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to achieve optimal results.

-Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are conversion-optimized.

-Perform competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest trends in Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing.

-Utilize SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz) to identify keyword opportunities and improve landing page performance.

-Implement conversion tracking, pixel setup, and data-driven recommendations for improvement.
 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in Google Ads campaign management.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.).
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and fluent command of English (both written and verbal).
Google Ads Certification is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
