Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to automate, optimize, and manage infrastructure and delivery pipelines across cloud and hybrid environments.

Type: Full-Time

 What You’ll Do:
Strong hands-on experience with OpenStack, including deploying, managing, and troubleshooting large-scale cloud environments.

• Expertise in working with Ceph storage solutions.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines from build to deployment
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and consistency
• Maintain and scale infrastructure across cloud and hybrid setups
• Solve challenges across legacy and modern tech stacks
• Ensure infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and available
• Collaborate with developers to optimize workflows and systems

 What We’re Looking For:

• • Deep knowledge of managing both back-end and front-end infrastructure services
  • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (or similar container orchestration tools)
  • A passion for automation, availability, consistency, and open-source technologies
  • Practical experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools
  • A strong sense of ownership and a willingness to embrace new tools and practices

 Bonus Experience

• Experience working in a startup, small high-trust team, or having an entrepreneurial background
• Familiarity with distributed systems, security practices, and cloud-native architecture
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like Go or Rust
• Active GitHub contributor with a track record in the open-source community
• Participation in conferences, webinars, or leading online tech courses is a strong plus
