Product Manager

Digiexpress Product consists of three main squads: Drop Shipping, Provider, and Finance.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Drop Shipping squad. In this role, you will contribute to shaping the squad’s product roadmap, manage feature delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that create value for our customers and the business.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining the product vision and strategy for the Drop Shipping squad in alignment with the company’s overall product strategy.
• Break down business needs into clear product requirements and user stories for the Agile development team.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, QA, and designers to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value and customer impact.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and propose improvements.
• Collect and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions.
• Support internal process improvements and share insights to enhance product management practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and keep them updated on progress and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
• +3 years of experience in product management, preferably with operational or e-commerce products.
• Experience in delivering products or features from discovery through launch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity for technology and eagerness to stay informed about market trends.
