Project Management Specialist - Contact Center

Responsibilities:

• Organize and schedule department meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes of meetings (MOM).

• Identify project needs, requirements, and resources based on priorities, objectives, and schedules.

• Initiate and lead effective project communication plans, coordinating activities to ensure timely delivery.

• Define, track, and evaluate project KPIs, benchmarking performance against industry standards and competitors.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and support smooth implementation.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and user manuals.

• Monitor project milestones and conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.

• Provide creative solutions to project challenges and contribute to continuous process enhancement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Computer Science (PMP/Agile certification is a plus)

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in tech-driven or contact center environments

• Proficiency with project management and data visualization tools (e.g., Jira, Power BI, Tableau)

• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills with a data-driven mindset

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities with attention to detail
