We are seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager Specialist to lead the execution and coordination of our multi-channel campaigns, playing a key role in driving user growth, activation, and retention across various business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
● Develop, plan, and manage end-to-end multi-channel campaigns (including missions, challenges, promotions, and gamified activities)
● Collaborate with the Product, Business, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with company goals and business priorities.
● Build campaign calendars, roadmaps, and detailed task breakdowns for each campaign cycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Work closely with the eCRM & Marketing Automation team to align in-app messaging (push, SMS, app banners) with the overall campaign narrative
● Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team to design paid media strategies that amplify campaign reach and impact.
● Partner with the Social Media team to ensure campaigns are well-promoted across organic channels, maintaining tone and consistency.
● Liaise with the Data and Analytics teams to ensure campaign tracking, measurement, and reporting are set up accurately.
Execution & Operations:
● Oversee the operational rollout of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets, approvals, and go-lives.
● Manage incentive structures (promo codes, cashbacks, prize draws) in collaboration with eCRM and product ops.
● Monitor daily campaign performance and quickly troubleshoot any issues.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
● Analyze post-campaign results (engagement, participation rates, conversion, ROI).
● Identify actionable insights and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.
● Lead A/B testing on campaign elements such as creative, incentive types, or user segments.
User-Centric Approach:
● Design engaging customer journeys that integrate campaign touchpoints seamlessly.
● Ensure campaigns cater to different audience segments, leveraging personalization strategies provided by the eCRM team.
Required Qualifications
● 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management, preferably in fintech, super apps, or consumer mobile products
● Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale, multi-touch campaigns with cross-functional teams
● Solid understanding of paid and organic digital channels, CRM systems (like WebEngage), analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppMetrica), and campaign management best practices.
● Strong project management skills with an ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Educational Background
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory — we value hands-on expertise and results-driven experience over formal education.
