Purpose:
To be the backbone of data integrity for the FP&A department. The primary goal is to provide accurate, consistent, and well-structured data for reporting, planning, and strategic decision-making by managing reliable datasets and developing BI dashboards as a single source of truth.

Responsibilities: 
Business Intelligence (BI):

• Design and automate KPI metrics and dashboards in BI tools for planning and reporting.
• Data governance:
• Enforce data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation standards to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines to consolidate data from ERP, CRM, and other systems into centralized FP&A datasets.

Financial Data Support:

• Act as the main technical data contact for FP&A, providing clean, validated datasets for key financial reports and models.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, BI, or a technical role within Corporate Finance / FP&A.
• Proficiency in SQL and ClickHouse queries.
• Strong BI dashboard development skills (like Power BI or Metabase).
• Understanding of core financial concepts, reporting cycles (P&L, Balance Sheet), and performance KPIs.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to data integrity.
• Solid grasp of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL practices is a plus.
