Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct technical, security, and business impact analysis of changes.
• Evaluate risk levels and potential consequences.
• Document risk assessments and escalate for decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between Change Owners and operational units.
• Support execution of high-risk changes and monitor implementation accuracy.
• Analyze change outcomes and update CMDB accordingly.
• Identify successful and failed changes and report improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate planning sessions and resolve conflicts between execution teams.
• Provide technical consultation for complex changes.
• Feasibility study of requirements.
• Timely delivery of requirements to the employer and understanding of requests.
• Preparing a financial document (Proposal).

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in change management or related fields.
• Familiarity with Risk analysis & Project management tools.
• Reference-level understanding of business processes and ITIL framework.
• Strong teamwork and accountability.
