FTTx Program Manager (Vendor)

• To maintain the end-to-end Fiber rollout plan (scope, schedule, cost, risk) and maintain the FTTx rollout master plan for the assigned geography.

• To track FCP and internal milestone attainment and manage blockers escalation and recovery plans implementation.

• To define processes and maintain the overall process architecture for the Fiber related workarounds, this includes processes related to deploy, sale, after sales and installation and the customer care in a close collaboration with related teams across the company

• To chair weekly cluster stand-ups and manage related dashboards (build, activate, connect) and aging backlogs.

• To manage permitting, right-of-way, and municipal interfaces with L&R and ensure HSE and quality standards compliance at sites.

• To manage alignment with CR and S&D on the registration-to-install journey and ensure meeting last-mile SLAs and first-time-right targets.

• To support demand shaping with MKT and S&D and prioritize high-ROI streets/buildings.

• To drive operational excellence by managing field performance data analysis, identifying root causes of delays or reworks, and implementing technical and process improvements in coordination with FTTS and FCPs to enhance build quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

• To ensure cross-functional coordination among all Fiber teams — including Planning, Deployment, FTTS, Finance, L&R, and Customer Relations — by facilitating information flow, resolving inter-departmental blockers, and aligning priorities to achieve end-to-end rollout objectives.

Education
• B.Sc. in Telecommunications/Engineering/Project Management

Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing telecommunications projects, preferably with FTTH deployments
