

• To liaise with Network, Sales & Distribution, Marketing, and Finance teams to align Fiber objectives with demand planning and product feasibility.
• To support the development of FTTx products and services finance models through robust forecasting, sensitivity testing, and scenario modeling.
• To conduct post-implementation of initiatives financial analyses and monitor the performance of Fiber offers and marketing campaigns, recommending revisions when needed.
• To monitor and analyze market price movements, competitor plans, and market dynamics to propose pricing plans that strengthen Fiber product positioning.
• To produce and maintain a detailed record of all drivers and assumptions used in Fiber product financial assessments from gross revenue to margin.
• To perform variance analyses between actuals and financial forecast assumptions and update financial models based on post-promotion performance data.
• To establish and maintain reliable data sources for each assumption (revenues and costs) to support reporting and projections.
• To coordinate with business owners to validate Fiber's financial assessment assumptions (revenues and costs) and ensure their realism.
• To support the business planning process by providing financial modeling and assumption frameworks for Fiber products.
• To coordinate the collection of relevant internal and external data and research to ensure robust Fiber financial analyses.
• To prepare and present Fiber business cases and financial analyses for management approval.
• To contribute to Fiber tariff and pricing strategies, integrating global best practices in tariff planning and competitiveness.
• To support Fiber product development from inception to launch by providing financial forecasts and feasibility inputs for ITS and Network teams.
• To liaise with other divisions on the financial feasibility of any new or modified Fiber product, promotion, or initiative, ensuring alignment with the company’s business plan.
• To develop Fiber performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key financial and marketing KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making.
• To collaborate with technical, marketing, and sales teams to align business and financial goals.
• To develop business cases and financial models for Fiber expansion projects (FTTH/FTTB/FTTx).
• To conduct cost–benefit analyses, IRR/NPV calculations, and profitability assessments for new and ongoing projects.
• To monitor market trends, competitors’ offerings, and technological developments in the Fiber industry to identify risks, opportunities, and best practices.
• To collaborate with technical, marketing, and sales teams to align business and financial goals.
• To provide strategic insights to management for investment prioritization and market expansion.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Financial Management- Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• A master's degree in management/MBA is an added advantage
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization, with experience in supervising others
• Experience working in a medium to large organization
