About the Role
SnappBox is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our Operations team. You will analyze operational data, perform statistical analysis, build dashboards, and design data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support real-time decision-making. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to turn insights into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Perform statistical tests and advanced analysis to validate findings and support data-driven decisions.
- Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI for operational visibility.
- Develop automation scripts and data workflows in Python to reduce manual monitoring and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with Operations, Product, Commercial, and other teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
- Define and track KPIs to support performance management, resource planning, and operational improvements.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation of analysis processes, dashboards, and models for scalability and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in:SQL (ClickHouse & MySQL)
- Power BI (dashboards & data visualization)
- Python (data processing & automation)
- Experience working with large datasets and operational metrics.
- Experience performing statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear recommendations.
- Fluency in Farsi and English.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and provide 24/7 availability for urgent issues.
- Familiarity with data tools such as Kafka, Airflow, or Spark is a plus.
