

• To translate product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Fiber products into operation and development, including CRM and OSS across lead-to-order, order-to-activate, and trouble-to-resolve.
• To elicit, prioritize, and refine requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and track delivery KPIs.
• To oversee data models and integrations among products, including CRM, OSS, ERP, and PMO systems.
• To run agile ceremonies with ITS, coordinate releases, UAT, rollout, and user training.
• To monitor adoption, cycle times, CSAT, and SLA attainment and drive iterative improvements.
• To supervise vendor roadmaps/SLAs and ensure regulatory and privacy compliance.
• To conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new trends, opportunities, and best practices.
• To collaborate closely with Engineering, ITS, Architecture, Marketing, CRM, and Sales teams to maintain the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• To continuously optimize the customer journey across all Fiber touchpoints, covering awareness, acquisition, installation, activation, support, and retention stages.
• To share customer journey maps and related process flows with technical and business teams to ensure accurate system implementation and customer experience alignment.
• To maximize business value from Fiber products, including CRM and OSS components, throughout their lifecycle from lead capture and order management to service design, provisioning, and assurance by owning the product backlog and roadmap.
• To coordinate with ITS, Architecture, and other stakeholders to align product requirements, technical dependencies, and implementation timelines.
• To maintain accurate and up-to-date URS (User Requirement Specifications) to ensure business needs are clearly defined and implemented by technical teams.
• To coordinate all customer touchpoints across multiple channels to ensure effective delivery of new products and continuous enhancement of existing ones.
• To monitor competitors’ Fiber plans, product portfolios, and technology developments to ensure innovation and maintain market differentiation.
• To collaborate with Legal and Regulatory, and Customer Relations teams to ensure compliance, service quality, and process consistency.
• To prepare product documentation, go-to-market materials, and internal training content for cross-functional alignment.
Education
• BA degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
• Master's degree in accounting, management, MBA, or ACCA student (professional level) can be an advantage
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of specialization, with experience in supervising/managing others
• Experience working in a medium to large organization
