The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all marketing, branding, and online/offline sales initiatives across the group. This is both a strategic and operational role that requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, multi-brand marketing management, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all brands within the group
- Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and communication activities
- Lead digital performance across all channels, including website management and all online sales platforms (such as marketplaces, credit-based sales platforms, and other digital channels)
- Supervise brand presence in physical retail stores and collaborate with shopping malls to execute joint marketing activations and events
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior across all channels to drive strategic decision-making
- Manage marketing budgets and assess campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Ensure full alignment and coordination among all teams to achieve brand and business objectives
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and brand management
- Proven experience in managing medium to large teams within multi-brand or multi-channel environments
- Strong ability to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Experience in the fashion and retail industry is a strong advantage
