We are looking for a backend developer to join our team on a large-scale, data-driven back-office project in the financial domain. The project involves accounting document management, financial data processing, analytics, and integration with multiple systems.
Must-have skills:

• 5+ years of experience in back-end development
• Strong proficiency in Python and modular backend development using Django
• Solid experience in designing complex data models and optimizing queries in PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with Celery and asynchronous task architecture
• Proficient in designing RESTful APIs with clean, well-documented structures
• Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows (Gitflow or trunk-based development)
• Capable of debugging, profiling, and identifying bottlenecks in real-world systems

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with FastAPI, especially for async or lightweight microservices
• Knowledge of financial systems, accounting structures, or analytical reporting
• Experience with Docker and understanding of CI/CD pipelines
