Requirements:
1) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced skills are a must)
2) Experience with performance management systems and talent management strategies
3) Strong knowledge of job analysis methodologies and tools
4) Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to drive employee development
5)Experience with employee engagement and retention strategies
6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams across the organization
7) Commitment to accountably deliver tasks in due time
