We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Traffic Management Senior Specialist to oversee and optimize the flow of projects and marketing campaigns across our teams. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating between design, content, performance marketing, and other departments to ensure timely delivery, resource efficiency, and quality standards. You’ll play a key role in keeping campaigns on track and ensuring cross-functional collaboration runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor all marketing campaigns, projects, and content production pipelines.
- Allocate tasks and resources effectively across teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Act as the main point of contact between marketing, creative, and product teams to coordinate project flow.
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor workload, timelines, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with managers to forecast resource needs and optimize team capacity.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Implement and improve traffic management processes, workflows, and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to junior traffic coordinators or specialists.
- Should collaborate and communicate with external content creators, producers, and business partners to represent and introduce the brand.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in traffic management, project coordination, or marketing operations.
- Proven experience managing complex marketing projects or campaign workflows.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
