We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Copywriter to craft compelling brand stories and impactful messaging across all touchpoints. In this role, you will translate ideas and briefs into engaging copy that connects emotionally with our audience and drives measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure our tone of voice remains consistent, inspiring, and aligned with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, persuasive, and original copy for marketing campaigns, digital ads, social media, websites, and other brand communications.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to create integrated campaigns and cohesive brand narratives.
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and storytelling across all communication channels.
- Contribute to creative ideation sessions and bring strong conceptual thinking to the team.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Mentor junior copywriters and review their work to maintain high creative standards.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into effective communication strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, cultural moments, and best practices in digital storytelling and brand communication.
- Work with performance and analytics teams to understand content effectiveness and optimize copy accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting within creative agencies or in-house marketing teams.
- Proven ability to craft copy for both short-form (ads, social media, banners) and long-form (articles, scripts, landing pages) content.
- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills with a sharp understanding of audience psychology.
- Excellent command of language and attention to tone, clarity, and detail.
- Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams (designers, strategists, media specialists, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in writing for digital platforms and familiarity with SEO best practices.
