We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across social platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our community, and drive measurable business results. You’ll work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure our social media presence reflects the brand’s voice and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok.
- Manage day-to-day activities, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to optimize content and campaigns.
- Conduct social listening to stay informed about trends, audience preferences, and brand sentiment.
- Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify brand reach.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and insights for the marketing team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and grow audiences across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite or native platform insights).
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience running paid social media campaigns is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing apps.
