Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Performance Marketer to lead our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention. You’ll collaborate closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure our marketing efforts deliver measurable business results and strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid channels, including Google Ads, and Iranian programmatic platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPI, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and landing page effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient use of marketing spend.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in performance marketing, ad tech, and analytics.
  • Manage tracking and attribution tools (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager) to ensure data accuracy and performance visibility.
  • Support broader growth and retention initiatives by identifying new performance channels and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SQL and Excel/Sheets.
  • Deep understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Metabase).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and innovation in digital marketing.
